Our ADDIS ABEBA coffee is based on the long tradition of work of small companies, mostly family-run. It has grown in Yirgacheffe, a micro-region in the Gedeo zone, right in the south of Ethiopia with an altitude of 1950 - 2200m.
The coffee grows here in semi-forest, under shade trees, and close to food crops such as bananas.
This coffee expresses great aromatic complexity and intensity with a particular emphasis on citrus and floral notes.
