The company "Chicco Verde AG" was founded in August 2022 by Simona & Simone. We work with Cosmai Coffee Group S.r.l., a leading Italian company active in the production and distribution of traditionally roasted coffee since 2000.
We have found a partner who shares our vision and mission of a family brand. At the same time innovative and modern, taking care of the environment with sustainability projects, respecting the environment without sacrificing a high quality product.
COSMAI CAFFÈ, a family company, was founded in 2000 in Milan. It all started in a small roastery to produce coffee that was served in the best cafés in the city centre. The selection of high quality green coffees an healthy and transparent relationship with their customers have allowed COSMAI, to grow more and more over the years expanding their distribution network further.
COSMAI’S method of roasting coffee is as simple as it sounds: Air.
The Air Cleaning System method is an environmentally friendly roasting process. The machine is equipped with an air filtration system that allows a low level of unwanted substances in the final product that are produced during roasting. This system guarantees a healthier product and ensures a higher proportion of natural fats and flavours, making the coffee more homogeneous and flavourful.
As the protection of the environment in which we live is a priority for COSMAI, they have decided to work with raw materials that are fully compostable and biodegradable, which is confirmed by the European certification.
